Many individuals think of liposuction as a way to instantaneously shed pounds and assume a healthy lifestyle. Even patients who receive liposuction need to consume healthy foods and maintain regular exercise routines if they want to stay trim after receiving the procedure. Many people gain weight by eating spontaneously, gorging on potato chips, fast food, and other unhealthy snacks and meals. As an alternative, plan meals for your household at the beginning of each week; include entrees, sides, and beverages. When people know what they will be eating and when, they will feel less tempted to eat sooner or more frequently. And speaking of frequency, just how often should you eat? Three meals a day does not work for everyone, and some people do not feel full after a meal, which can weaken their resolve to wait until the next meal to eat. Many people find success eating four or five meals a day, but at smaller portions, an approach that combines greater frequency with control.
